Pedal, Roll & Stroll for Parkinson’s is a bike ride and walk for people with Parkinson’s and their families and friends. All proceeds from this event will benefit Park Nicollet Struthers Parkinson’s Center, and will provide exercise equipment programs and movement opportunities.
Staying active can improve overall quality of life, especially for people with Parkinson’s. The idea of Pedal, Roll & Stroll is to motivate people with Parkinson’s to get together, enjoy the outdoors and experience the benefits of movement.
Family: $45 (includes couple and accompanying children 12 and under)
All registrants will receive food and refreshments. Adult registrants also receive t-shirt. Children’s t-shirt will be available for sale on day of event.
Create your own fundraising pages to raise funds as an individual, team or donate to a participant.
We will have bikes for you to try as well as Nordic walking poles. Nordic walking instructions will be provided courtesy of Hoigaard's. If you have your own bikes or poles, bring them. Remember your bike helmet, it is required for the ride.
Timeline of event:
9:00 a.m. Check-in, refreshments and camaraderie.
9:30 – 11:00 a.m. Yoga and Massage therapy offerings (offered every 15 minutes).
10:00 a.m. Official Start time and kick-off to event

12:30 p.m. Closing remarks and prizes.
